Individual envelope is 8cm x 7cm (fits a standard 6cm x 5cm tea bag). A counter display box holds 25 such envelopes and measures 20cm x 10cm x 8cm.

This is primary packaging, used to protect a single tea bag from absorbing kitchen odors and humidity. Essential for retail bulk boxes and hotel amenity sets.

Rotogravure is used for long runs (over 100,000 units) for sharp, continuous graphics. Digital flexo for short runs. Inks must be food-safe, low-migration types.
